•Assisted the Department of Social Service with the care of children placed in my home with structured responsibilities. •Intense management, structured to teach good decision making skills. •Provided skilled care, discipline and fostering for children placed in my abode •Crisis Evaluation/Intervention: Utilizes appropriate crisis intervention techniques for client stabilization. •Provide peer counseling for clients. •Provided a nurturing environment for clients that includes teaching good decision making skills and praise targeted behaviors to encourage development of self-control, self-confidence, and responsibility. •Worked to assist clients in setting future goals that would move them forward in their personal life.
