Daily Duties at Colyar Technology Solutions:
• Manage relationships across organizations by working in a leadership role responsible for communicating and coordinating work in and outside the engineering team; act as a liaison to project contingencies and provide direction to other teams and junior members. • Evaluate, communicate, and drive cross-functional agendas and strategic project positioning to leadership and to individual contributors. Provide strong direction on roles and responsibilities for each of the program group participants in a project and hold all accountable for their individual contributions to the larger projects. • Provide consultancy-level expert advice to stakeholders regarding Program Management best practices (including cross-functional and cross-initiative interdependencies to ensure teams understand linkages). • Set and review performances to enforce standards.
