Fulfilled multiple customer support, marketing, and program management roles of increasing responsibility to achieve senior management level. Oversaw customer escalation resolution by orchestrating development, sales, and product support teams, conducting on-site customer visits, and liaising with C-level management. Performed competitive analysis, monitored competition’s products, defined competitive product migration strategy, and developed sales and technical content to win new sales. Identified competition’s strategies by attending industry conferences.

The social vibrance of a hiring firm is very important to you. Your ability to make and maintain friendships there is a critical part of your decision. You would likely be dissatisfied with a workplace that is quiet, cold, or otherwise not particularly social.
