Worked onsite at Microsoft in the Office 365 group. This position served as the primary interface to customers for transitioning to the latest version of Office 365 hosted Exchange (Exchange 2013). • Led migration projects for sixty Office 365-Dedicated enterprise customers, totaling over 2 million customer mailboxes, from hosted Exchange 2007, Exchange 2010, to Exchange 2013 and multi-datacenter back end. • Developed project plans and schedules for customer migration to next version of Office 365 hosted Exchange. Created customer-specific configuration guides describing customer DNS, client, networking and infrastructure tasks to prepare for migration. • Managed weekly customer calls to maintain project progress. Tracked open issues and blockers to resolution. Reported weekly status to executives and key stakeholders. • Tracked project deliverables to baseline schedule, communicated project status, suggested corrective action and provided feedback on improvement opportunities • Processed change management requests for Exchange, Multi-Factor Authentication, DNS Configuration, Network firewall/ACL changes • Managed mailbox migrations, tracked progress and resolved migration issues leveraging Remote PowerShell.
