Daily Duties at Great Place To Work:

Responsible for managing Marketo template generation including responsive design, coding, content, a/b testing. External testing for external outbound drips. Lead distribution, data retrieved to discover user interactions with campaign as well as following the funnel utilizing Marketo, Salesforce reporting as well as Google Analytics. This also includes announcement landing pages with lead generation for new database users and current user’s data prepopulated. This allowed a process of nurturing the potential customer and guide them to a path of conversion. All data was drawn and imported into Salesforce. RTP was also used to provide users with relevant data and visuals. Other responsibilities include, Branding development, UI/UX Mobile wire framing and design for our new Recognition site https://clients.greatplacetowork.com/. Brand development for all sales collateral design, social marketing including twitter cards, LinkedIn ads, YouTube video channels, conference materials and personal social profile background images to promote current events or company mission. Manage all design aspects of 2 main company conference themes, branding, and design.
