Daily Duties at United States Air Force:
• Led 21 personnel in support of maintenance, modernization, and repair of over $1 billion in facility and infrastructure assets. Areas of responsibility include quality assurance, customer service, work order tracking and planning, over $1 million in supply, and $2 million in service contracts for over 2 million square feet of real property. • Initiated Air Force new facility database by managing the inventory of over 300 base facilities and associated infrastructure. Yearly inspections streamlined maintenance and renovation efforts throughout the Air Force for better asset management execution. • Backfilled supervisor resulting in the completion of over 1,000 job orders totaling over 19,000 man-hours. Led over 130 personnel in fields of vertical and horizontal construction and repair, HVAC, electric and fire alarm systems, water, wastewater and liquid fuels, power generation systems, and entomology.
