Daily Duties at Nashville Sounds Baseball Club:

• Owner’s Project Manager throughout construction efforts on the $37 million, 140,000 square foot, 10,000 capacity stadium. Coordinated efforts between the city of Nashville, team ownership, two project management firms, three general contractors, and numerous sub-contractors. • Managed all maintenance, repair, and upgrades of the brand new First Tennessee Park to include $350,000 furnishings purchases, $100,000 janitorial contract, $50,000 in various maintenance contracts, and $40,000 in initial modifications. • Responsible for game day operations to include medical, security, custodial, and parking operations. Supervised 4 full time staff and over 30 seasonal staff.
