Daily Duties at Fed Ex Ground:
Responsible for managing the pickup and delivery (P&D) operations through the management of staff and achieving results indirectly through the use of Independent Contracts, Independent Service Providers, temporary agencies and their employees. Works closely with customer service, sales and Customer Pickup Coordination to ensure successful customer service results.
