Daily Duties at Chevron:
Applied dynamic leadership talents to ensure on-time completion of all projects, in conjunction with U.S. East and Latin America project managers for Chevron’s Business and Real Estate Services (CBRES) business unit. Regularly interfaced with behavior change management business partners to determine areas of improvement in compliance with best practices. Took charge of managing and distributing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Utilized MS Project in developing and maintaining project schedules and SharePoint in managing document control for all project life cycles. Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing BPC to develop project scope, gather OE performance metrics, and manage cost tracking. Held accountable for creating SharePoint libraries, group permissions, and viewing rights. Maintained frequent interaction with facilities management and finance groups to settle depreciating assets; closed projects at the end of the construction phase; and executed project look backs. Approved invoices for payment; submitted service/purchase order requests; and completed GO-36 capital appropriation requests for small and major capital projects; ranging from $250K to more than $50M in partnership with the procurement and finance groups.
