Daily Duties at Aramark Uniform Services:
- Responsible for the development and management of the operations team to ensure fully compliant delivery of products and services to customers and achieve objectives in terms of on time delivery, profit, cash and inventory levels. - Insured compliance to performance standards for operations including inventory levels and accuracy, past due purchase orders, on-time delivery to customers, supplier on time delivery and past due orders. -Set the objectives for sales and operations teams in alignment with the strategic plan for increased productivity. - Monitored control expenditures, sales growth, and merchandise requisition with controllable issues. - Tracked and responded to all customer complaint reports on a daily basis. - Resolved customer complaints via telephone or in-person meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Trained and developed district managers in areas such as exceptional customer service, business development strategies, customer retention, profit and loss effectiveness and understanding
