 Manage the operational structure of the organization through development, execution, and improvement of processes that maximized profitability and market build out. -Manage all sales and operations for the collections and post collection sites.  Provide in-process quality enhancement, product/service development, and team leadership.  Drive a close-loop process between customer quality and operations quality. -Enforce all company policies and procedures
