 Build organic marketing growth strategies for local and national businesses. and Hire and train Sales Managers, Account Managers and Retention Representatives. -Train sales organization utilizing tools such as strategic selling skills and sales negotiations for the development of new client generation.  Drive individual development plans and set attainable milestones.  Lead the coaching and development of all subordinates while providing performance feedback.
