Daily Duties at Lo Base Marketing:
Build organic marketing growth strategies for local and national businesses. and Hire and train Sales Managers, Account Managers and Retention Representatives. -Train sales organization utilizing tools such as strategic selling skills and sales negotiations for the development of new client generation. Drive individual development plans and set attainable milestones. Lead the coaching and development of all subordinates while providing performance feedback.
