•Worked with project managers and team members to create and maintain resource loaded and leveled Primavera schedules and budgets on hardware programs up to $25M. •Analyzed and reported earned value at detailed and summary levels to project and customer management, identifying root causes of CPI, SPI, cost and schedule variances, and ETCs. •Ensured appropriate allocation of funds and actuals to negotiated CLINs •Managed and tracked all cost account charging, contract mod, funding and invoicing details. •DCAA liaison in audit of earned value processes, reports, and reconciliation to accounting system-of-record
