• Project manager for financial software system, responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently on two financial reporting platforms • Work closely with clients and developers on requirement definitions, and perform gap analysis to ensure new functionality or client migrations are successfully implemented • Utilize proven project management principles, such as detailed project planning, SCRUM and Waterfall methodologies, and risk management • Provide technical assistance to developers performing version upgrades to ensure a seamless product migration, including configuring complex system templates using HTML and XML coding and extensive UAT testing to meet specific client requirements • Plan and lead client meetings to discuss projects; confidently articulating project status, and ensuring a meeting of the mind with the client • Ensure focus on excellent communications, and on maintaining strong client relationships, strong project team cohesion, and appropriate and timely reporting to senior leadership • Develop training materials and deliver client briefing and training on system implementation, functionality, and use
