Daily Duties at Weatherford International, Inc.:
HR oversight for US Permian, Rockies, and Pacific areas, including Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, North Dakota, California, Alaska, Texas, and New Mexico Leveraged workforce analytics to drive change and inform decisions and HR practices across the organization Demonstrated expertise in handling challenges involving high levels of sensitivity, confidentiality, and legal exposure, including relevant multi-jurisdictional employment and labor laws Conducted high-level HR investigations for all discrimination, unfair treatment, sexual harassment, and EEOC claims Developed HR financial strategies for assigned region by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances Assessed, evaluated, and implemented innovative solutions in areas such as organizational change, cultural alignment, competency management, performance management, high potential leadership, and succession planning processes throughout the US Educated managers and employees through periodic training to improve operational performance and compliance with company policies, procedures, and all applicable federal and state laws
