Daily Duties at Wyndham Vacation Ownership:
Successfully coordinate marketing director, manager and team. Deliver daily and weekly reports and oversee the assignment of leads to marketing agents. Efficiently analyze the status from report and conduct arrival forecast for accountability and planning. Diligently assist in multidepartmental communication to ensure accurate marketing and sales numbers. Allocate the information to site and regional sales and marketing leaders. Skillfully formulate all reports to corporate office by deadline on a weekly basis with accuracy. Ensure accuracy of all reported arrivals and tours by monitoring multiple reporting systems on a daily basis. Proactively maintain and submit payroll commission sheets for all marketing coordinators weekly. Run Pilot programs for corporate and work with corporate team to adjust program and adopt at other sites. Successfully host special events for the marketing department.
