Daily Duties at Magic Fits:
Co-founder of this start-up: Initiated the concept of using Kinect (3D scanning hardware by Microsoft) to scan people’s body and capture data to automatically match sizing system across different brands. Project manager for the team in designing the scanning booth and its circuitry, and developing a machine learning system for automatic data training and matching. Researched and wrote business plan, including CBA analysis, financial report and cash flow in 5 years, marketing estimation and trend analysis. Won the second place in HELL NIGHT business competition held by University of Washington.
