Build the senior management team with fully function in operation, sales, financial& accounting management, and online order platform (morningchinauw.com), marketing branding. Persuade Foster Business School to investment the highest amount fund for the course with fully developed business plan including: pre-market estimation and research, persona characteristic description, online survey analysis, SWOT and risk analysis, differentiation from competitor, financial model and timeline estimation. Operating and managing this start-up project for 10 weeks gain the first place of retail sale in class with 2800 dollars of sales revenue.
