Supervised a large, 450 employee, land seismic crew invoicing $30MM annually throughout all areas of Venezuela. Overcame numerous challenges from landowners, union bosses, local political leaders, and cross-country logistics to deliver on-target results. Led bidding efforts that resulted in client’s awarding of continuous work to our crews. Led first crew to operate in Venezuela’s heavy oil belt.
