Daily Duties at G4 S Secure Solutions:

Oversaw and managed the operational requirements of the assigned Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Contract sectors on a daily basis. Planned and developed new project initiatives; routinely managed the multiple tasks related to operations, programs and project development. Served as the Safety Manager for the ICE contract; managed all safety related matters to include a driver’s safety program, blood borne pathogen and airborne particulates awareness and safety training; interfaced with all 9 sectors to ensure the safety program is fully implemented and adhered to; developed all plans and orders related to the safety needs of the ICE contract. Provided management oversight of the project training program; served as the first level supervisor of 2 trainers; ensured all training requirements are completed and in accordance with applicable G4S, state and contract regulations and policies. Directly supervised the Assistant Project Directors (APDs); assigned specific tasking and projects for completion; provided oversight of each sector assigned to the Assistant Project Directors to insure work performance is carried out per State of Work (SOW) requirements; provided performance evaluations of each APD to Project Director.
