Daily Duties at Securitas Security Service:

In coordination with the Global Facebook team, was responsible for the development of all department Procedures, Guidelines, On-line and hard copy training materials, and provided training sessions in person or remotely. Ensured that as appropriate, materials were functional for either local site, Region or Global distribution and application. Supported Field Training Officer program for select operational functions. Ensured proper documentation of all training programs and records retention of such training. Contributed to AOD/VOD training module development. Worked with functional supervisors and leads to drive best practices, consistency and effectiveness of training programs. Coordinated all initial, refresher and ongoing training within functional responsibility for all contract security staff. Coordinated, executed and documented drills with security teams in areas trained. Supported all Global Security Operations cross functional teams as directed; which included specialized areas such as investigations, security systems, and event security. Actively engaged in site specific and regional safety & security projects as assigned, Partnered with site operations coordinator to capture training opportunities. Reviewed all courses for appropriate content, flow, and structure. Ensured that all information is consistent, easy to understand, up to date, and well organized. Proofread and edited the work of others to improve quality, readability, consistency, and effectiveness of documentation. Ensured appropriate grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
