Managed account planning department for the largest independent advertising agency in the US. Oversaw research, strategy and user experience for key agency brands including Sonic Drive-In, Helzberg Diamonds, Build-A-Bear Workshop, Blue Bunny Ice Cream, Lee Jeans, and Riviana Foods.
