Daily Duties at Rockwell Automation:

As the Quality Manager for the Richland Center, WI Plant: - Management of Quality Department Staff (2 QEs, 3 MRB Techs., 1 Test Supervisor, 17 Test Techs). - Manage Customer Quality issues and communications. - Ensure compliance of Richland Center Plant’s QMS to ISO 9000 standard and RA’s Corporate Procedures. - Co-leader of RPS (Rockwell Product System) implementation and improvement activities. - Report to Executive Staff the Plant’s Quality metrics & develop and execute Plans for such Quality Metrics continual improvement. As Business Unit Manager/ Quality Manager for the Gallipolis, OH Plant: - Responsible for using lean principles and operating practices to establish, maintain and improve the value-add in production and services the Value Stream (Business Unit) delivers to its customers. - Responsible for developing and nurturing the vertical and horizontal relationship needed to establish, maintain and improve the value stream’s performance (Sales, OM, Quality, Cost and Delivery). - Management of Value Stream Staff (Sales & Marketing, Design Engineer, Quality Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Planner, Buyer, 2 Supervisors & 67 Hourly Associates). - Customer interface. - Compliance of Gallipolis QMS to ISO 9000 standard and Coordination of Quality Engineering activities to guarantee consistency between Business Units.
