Manage operational support group for high net-worth client base, with assets under management exceeding $1.5 billion and including real estate, oil and gas property management. Oversight of all systems and vendor contracts. • Coordinate independent reviews of operating model while managing and implementing any and all remediation requirements resulting from recommendations • Analyse functional and support gaps, identify risks, propose solutions, and manage execution • Design and implement system infrastructure for client trust and investment accounting and investment portfolio management • Vendor contract negoations • Develop multi-custodial automated system interface capabilities for 3rd party managed accounts in UMA and SMA structures • Draft and deliver monthly, quarter and annual reports according to group/federal requirements • Improve departmental processes, maintaining consistently strong internal and OCC audit ratings • Create departmental policies, procedures and workflows in line with all applicable law • Formed and chaired Operational Risk Review committee • Managed all staffing functions including staff development, training and mentoring • Met/exceeded all budget goals and requirements throughout tenure
