Management of Quality Department Staff which included: 3 Quality Engineers, 1 ISO9000 Coordinator, 1 CMM Tech, 4 Quality Techs, 3 Failure Analysis and Repair Techs, 1 Warranty Analysis Tech, 1 Calibration Tech, 12 Quality Auditors, 1 MRB Coordinator. Responsible for all aspects of Quality: - Advanced Product Quality Planing. - Customer - Internal/Process - Suppliers - Quality Management System
