Manage all daily activities of a 50 person company. Manage all accounting, marketing (on line and print) SEO/SEM, 20,000 square foot warehouse. 10 person customer service department. Third party vendors, such as IT, after hours customer service department, outsourced content writers for web site. Hired, fired and coached staff. Started and oversaw the company safety policy. Negotiated all logistics contracts.
