• Supervised and directed dispatch for a team of 34 and a fleet of approximately 100 trailers. • Managed truckload, less-than-truckload, and intermodal shipments, scheduling inbound and outbound shipments for multiple locations each day and ensuring that they were made on time. • Reviewed and combined dispatching functions in order to save Hallmark $35,000 per year. • Provided friendly, timely, and effective service to customers and internal stakeholders at all levels. Resolved issues related to routing, load management, and just-in-time (JIT) deliveries.
