Daily Duties at Le Tourneau University:
Spearhead all software implementations from project planning through ongoing support. Direct 9 team members on supporting institution-wide software systems. Drive efficient resource planning, usage, and availability by maintaining software operation and managing the software capital budget for entire university. Maximize use of technology by coordinating software release updates, implementations, and upgrades. Support a wide range of software systems including proprietary vendor purchased, open source, cloud based, locally installed, and internally developed. Ensure quality customer service delivery in responding to project stakeholders, end-user support calls and help tickets.
