Daily Duties at Securitas (Microsoft):

• Responsible for all written communications generated and distributed by the Microsoft GSOC and Global Security Communication Center (GSCC). • Responsible for assisting the Operations Center Shift Manager (OCSM) in overseeing all operations within the GSOC. Also, acts as Shift Manager in the event the shift manager is unavailable. • Supports the Executive Protection Unit by monitoring, coordinating and escalating events that involve Microsoft Executives and VIP visitors.
