 Worked with the Business owner, sectional Engineer, section head, primary Designated Engineer (PDE) and users during requirement gathering process for complex business processes design to provide customer friendly-solution.  Worked with business users to revise and update business process requirements as per the company’s future strategically approach towards agile methodology and guidelines.  Created the architecture and process flows between various custom applications and its Components.  Implemented the UML Design and modeling concepts for gathering the business requirements and training users on the updated application use.  Worked extensively with the Tools like Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Microsoft OLAP, Qlik View, MS Visio, Change Management, Project Management, Oracle CRM, Requisite Pro and Rational Rose used for Business Intelligence and helping to transform the Business Requirements into System Design.  Worked on MS Project, Gantt charts, Critical path Analysis Flow Diagram for monitoring and tracking the project progress, evaluating and doing the risk analysis, keeping the project & deliverables on track and on-scheduled deadlines and maintain the Cost & budget balance of the Project.  Good experience of designing ER Model to describe relational Databases.  Translated business concepts, verbiage, and requirements into end-to-end automated solutions.  Conducted daily status and code review meetings with on-site and off-shore vendors to track status of TFS work items. Presented demonstrations to stakeholders during development cycle. Worked on client vantage monitoring application to track status of Web applications.  Created the Test Scripts and performance testing for various new and modified applications.  Designed SharePoint 2010 applications, using SharePoint designer. Produced SharePoint 2010 applications, using InfoPath and C#. Performed analysis, design, and development of client and server Web-based applications.  Developed Windows applications, Web applications, Windows services, and Web services in Microsoft Visual Studio.Net IDE, using C#.Net 1.1, C#.Net 3.5, VB.NET, ASP.NET, RDBMS and SQL server. Generated interface between custom application and legacy application. Maintained PL and SQL scripts, and stored procedures, data extraction, and transformation processes.  Ensured data properly loaded and extracted in and out of application systems, servers, NAS Storage etc. Installed technical system documentation of interaction between custom applications, legacy applications, and PL/SQL packages. Identified, documented, and provided input to manager related to document management process improvement.  Co-ordinated with Quality Management (QM) and Software Quality Assurance (SQAE) to ensure the application developments and modifications are in compliance with policies of the Federal Regulatory bodies.
