Transform business requirements into system design. • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to execute project kick-offs, ensuring successful end-to-end project management and solutions. • Managed Projects budgeting of up to $8M and worked with cross-functional teams of up to 5 developers, programmers, analysts, Quality Assurance group (Lab & Software), legal, purchase, audit, vendors and network specialists. • Partner with stakeholders in gathering requirements to support successful project executions. • Review and update SOW, Contract Management, Pricing, acceptance criteria, and cost distribution criteria, reducing cost by $500K+ on complex projects. • Updated/Re-Designed the Rebate and Chargeback processing procedures for the system. • Partner with cross-functional teams to create processes and procedures that support project management lifecycle. • Create vision, scope, use-case documents, diagrams, business process models, and process-flow diagrams. • Interface with business users to prepare and update business process requirements and software system requirements. • Gather requirements and configure reports and design use case diagram, class diagram, and sequence diagram. • Performed UAT, System Integration testing, Acceptance testing (as per QA and FDA compliance requirements), Performance Testing, Validation Testing and deployment of the Operation/Lab IT Systems. • Worked with the business cross functional teams like Manufacturing, Laboratory Operations, Architecture, Quality Assurance, legal etc. to create a streamline process for Laboratory testing like Raw Material testing, Good Receipt testing, In-Process testing, Finished Good testing, Release testing and Stability testing of the pharmaceutical drugs during manufacturing life cycle. • Build test scripts and configure information management systems, developing and validating implementations. • Implement lab station configurations, equipment calibration, events, automation scripts and web services. • Configure and develop software and applications. • Build, configure, update and implement IT/Lab Systems, improving efficiency by75%, turnaround time by 75%, and streamlining business processes by 75%. • Integrate applications and create streamlined application architecture, improving data reporting and auditing by 60%.
