Daily Duties at Dental Associates :
Run and execute programs as directed by the GM. Create new marketing calendar (new theme for each year) including written programs for implementation. Execute PR strategy that included quarterly events for a four-practice company. Examples: I created a PR event where basic services were provided for those that couldn't afford it. I created the logo, slogan, checklist for how it was delivered and all promotional activities surrounding it. It was the most successful campaign the company has ever run, and it's still being ran annually today. Second, the number of patients keeping appointments and arriving on time is a tremendous factor in the success of each of the four practices. I created a survey that lead me to create an appointments program. This program rescued the staff call-in time by 40% and increased patients keeping appointments by 26% and arriving early by 20%. The calendar that I developed had me overseeing the following: An annual theme that included 4 annual workshops, weekly communications to all staff and a format for executive meetings. The calendar also laid out a monthly marketing plan that included all forms of media all under a 10% budget. This also produced a large amount of free media in four newspapers (one story a month) and three television spots a year. This allowed the company to significantly increase its marketing presence without increasing its budget.
What they like about Dental Associates :
Working for a company with an emphasis on social values and helping society is a clear and important priority for you - a critical factor in who you choose to work for. In contrast to other factors, you place an organization's reputation for fairness and concern for the community above most other aspects of the company. As you search for a new job opportunity, it is usually possible to find out if the company is involved in the community and/or if it is addressing problems and issues in society. Pay special attention to non-profit organizations and those specifically involved in social action. Moreover, speaking with current and former employees should enlighten you to perceptions of the fairness of the company's leaders and the treatment of employees.
