Daily Duties at Hubbard College :

Create admissions department and establish the degree program. This was a new college and only opened a few years before I was recruited. I wrote the manual on the admissions process: all polices and procedures for how prospective students were approached, the application and acceptance process steps, how tuition was charged, how students communicated with the staff and faculty (new online and advisor protocol), How testing was done, how the department was ran and by which staff positions. I reported on all this daily to the President's Office and was elected to the Executive Council based on my high performance after just 6 months of employment. Under my direction, the enrollment increased by 112% for eight consecutive quarters and tuition income increased at the same pace and continued to up until I left the position. My success lead to me being asked by the President to act as a lead donor specialist. this had me meeting with alumni and donors all over the world. My communications and presentation skills had me delivering speeches for the college including being the keynote speaker at a Fortune 500 event. My traveling and presentation skills promoted me to a role where I was opening global locations. Over additional 5 locations a year where opened; thus increasing the size of the school and producing licensing fees, an entirely second form of income that quickly required a separate department just to manage. I created a third source of income with the development of the schools on curriculum, books and materials, registered and trademarked. I oversaw the bookstore and its 150 original works that are purchased by very single student and have been translated into 9 languages to be delivered at the global campuses.

What they like about Hubbard College :

The social vibrance of a hiring firm is very important to you. Your ability to make and maintain friendships there is a critical part of your decision. You would likely be dissatisfied with a workplace that is quiet, cold, or otherwise not particularly social. When you investigate a new hiring company, ask recruiters, managers, and potential co-workers about the social life and opportunities there. This is especially important when you are relocating; moving dramatically alters your social sphere both inside and outside the workplace.
