Daily Duties at Db Supermercados:

: Assigned by the CEO's as the Communication Director to execute programs based on his vision: Assigned to specific company projects where I assess situations, write programs, create messaging (marketing, advertising, strategy) to enhance branding and increase market share. I held weekly meetings and followed up daily in the field on each's progress. I helped each with produced checklists, meeting agendas for their staff and budgetary parameters. I reported weekly to the CEO on each's progress and how it was impacting areas in the field that typically didn't have those executive's presence. Four: I created a new company for the CEO that included a plane and housing in the USA, Europe and Brazil. Five: I designed a new management software program with the IT department that allowed real-time data to be shared amongst stores managers, Operations Managers, Executives and the CEO. This decreased the number of monthly meetings from 5 to 2, allowing more than 45 staff to be on post for 180 hours more each month. Six: On top on the Communications Director position, I also spent 3.5 years in operations. Here, I was one of three executives in charge of the sales statistics for 32 locations that produce over $2 Billion in sales. Also, I was the senior over the import division: product lines, movement, customs, trends, ordering, contracts and overall sales. I would take on a specific department each month that received extra, personal attention from me working in that actual area for two hours a week. The Communications Officer handles specific areas in Operations, Logistics, Marketing, and Advertising
