Daily Duties at Rent A Center:
Responsible for recruiting and hiring and developing staff members. I was also responsible for collections in the South Texas, San Antonio, St.. Louis, San Diego, Los Angeles. I relocated 5 times during my tenure with Rent-A-Center. In these markets , we focus on store presentation, customer service, company procedures and processes.
