Daily Duties at Rentway Rto:
I was responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training for the 8 stores in the Denver Market.. The market was understaff. To staff the stores, we visited all the fast food restaurants and Retail stores and we targeted the Asst. Managers. We hire 10 candidates to staff the stores. I was responsible for Collections and we a Collections training meeting and outline the proper way to conduct collections.
