Daily Duties at Ez Pawn:

As the District Manager of Alabama, I was responsible for recruiting , hiring and training. We recruited our Managers in Training by visiting fast food restaurants, other pawn shops. Once hired, we had weekly training classes and computer modules. I was responsible for cash control, shrinkage and to enforce al company processes. We had to do weekly audits, review all loans from the prior day. Review weekly performances with the Manager and also the P&L on a monthly basis. Review the P& L line by line to see if can reduce expenses and any unwarranted charges that hit the store financials. We did a store checklist to ensure store presentation was excellent. Resolve any customer complaints that came from the store.
