Daily Duties at Clinica De La Mama:
I was hire to increase the number of patients and control expenses to increase cash flow. We did this by implementing a Brochure Campaign. We passed over 1,000 brochures a day and we also held Health Clinics twice a month and we invited other Health Professionals to join us. I was in charge of Payroll and all expenses. We reduced payroll by $1,600 on a bi-weekly basis by conducting a Cost Analysis on our drivers. We found that our drivers were making more than the average driver in Atlanta and they were making more than the Clinic Manager. We also negotiated lower Lab prices with Lab Corp.
