Daily Duties at Cardinal Health:

ALTERNATE CARE BUSINESS (2010 – 2013) Launched and monitored a full business strategy for Surgical Supplies, Medical Devices and Capital Equipments. Managed most of the supplier relations by establishing corporate distribution agreements and negotiating volume based prices. Supervise indirectly 3 Sales Representatives that have assigned a $7.0M quota. Provided training to distributors and sales force. Prepared complete launch packages for sales teams that include price guides, customer promotions, sales quotas and incentives on a quarterly basis. Determined with the sales manager who should be the best distribution partner. INSTITUTIONAL BUSINESS (2007 - 2010) Responsible for protecting market share of all Medical Surgical and Critical Care products in Hospital and Surgery Centers. Worked on positioning both Carefusion and Hudson Teleflex as the preferred Acute Care brand options. Prepared yearly business plans for the sales department. Direct supervision of 2 Registered Nurses. Indirect supervision of 2 Respiratory Therapists. Implemented customer loyalty programs related to practitioners that care for Catheter Related Bloodstream Infections and Ventilator Associated Pneumonia. Assisted local KOL in publishing case studies in US Journals. Established KOL CE Credit programs with US for local congresses Created Advertising and promotional materials for these programs.
