Performed in-depth backend testing and troubleshooting on platform, writing test plans and test cases, creating test data, analyzing Tomcat logs, and writing SQL queries to Oracle database. Trained new QA engineers on processes and procedures, applications, system architecture, documentation and reporting. Designed and implemented QuickTest Pro automation framework for functional testing of command line, print, and postal address standardization functions, eliminating need for manual verification. Maintained multiple QTP frameworks for testing web sites and web applications. Spearheaded version control for automation, creating source trees in Subversion for automation projects.
