Daily Duties at Monitise Americas Inc.:
Led and contributed to all aspects of testing for the entire MVP mobile banking system, including testing of iOS and Android mobile clients and web applications, along with APIs, database, batch processes, SMS text banking, and deployments. Established a QA practice in Professional Services for ensuring quality deliveries of custom implementations to customers. Mapped out the QA process for customer projects which specified the QA cycles within the project schedule, the type and focus of testing to be done, the resources allocated, and the metrics for tracking issues. Led QA on many customer projects, for, among others, First American Bank, M&T Bank, and Bank of America, leading efforts by onshore and offshore resources to create custom test plans, analyze implementation requirements, author test cases, execute testing, track issues, and report test results. Served as Subject Matter Expert for the Engineering team on the CSR Console application, SMS Text Banking, and Android and Blackberry Push Notifications, working with developers on requirements and design, creating test plans, test cases, and internal documentation, and tracking issues.
