Daily Duties at Layton Construction:

Responsible for all aspects of construction phase from civil to completion, ensuring project is executed to specifications and cost expectations in a safe and professional environment while proceeding on schedule. Supervise and manage overall project activities including project scheduling and resource allocation of men, material, machine and money to maximize operational efficiency; identified key milestones and forecasted completion timeline. Schedule, monitor and inspect all work from start to completion while supervising employees. Ensure all material and equipment are delivered to site on time. Assure safety requirements are being observed and followed. Ensure that a risk assessment has been undertaken and agreed prior to commencement of any new type of work activity. Ensure operations were in compliance to company environmental, safety, health and property protection programs.
