Daily Duties at Hatcher Consultant, Inc.:
Took active role as office manager and client account manager for consulting firm specializing in background investigations, drug screening and human resource issues for the construction industry. Processed A/P, A/R, payroll, taxes and other financial matters. Interacted daily with clients, facilitating all processes of hiring, employee management, crisis intervention and termination. Managed transitional duty and return-to-work programs. Wrote policies, designed all applications, forms, training and marketing materials for clients. Consulted on governmental compliance and other complex issues. Managed staff of 16 employees including part-time drug counselors in two locations. Implemented new document storage and retrieval system, and new processes for information management. Pioneered new proprietary OccMed Clinic/Company Nurse program. Authored 350-page company Policy and Procedure Manual used for client companies. Dramatically impacted company turnover rate, productivity and supplier relations.
