Served as assistant to firm Partner, filing and prosecuting Patent and Trademark applications. Coordinated efforts with other departments such as docketing, accounting and litigation. Tracked billing, drafted legal correspondence, assisted with writing technical patent applications. Performed internet research of various kinds, used digital imaging technology to send illustrations and specimens via email, photographed clients’ products, and performed graphic arts functions. Held primary responsibility to ensure that all deadlines were met in a timely way. Assisted with training less experienced staffers, and served as liaison between clients, attorneys and foreign associates.
