Daily Duties at Essilor Of America:
My duties and responsibilities include: * Managing a budget of $31M while delivering optimum quality and service. * Managing a staff of 300 employees including 30+ sales and service reps, entry level full time equivalents and 10 executive level managers. * Successful opening & launch of the first Essilor vacuum deposition center in the Northeast. * Ride with sales reps and managers to ensure the proper execution is achieved to maximize sales and branding. * Assist is closing contracts ranging $110,000 to $4.7M. * Manage pipeline and leads to maximize organic growth/whitespace. A successful month could lead to approximately $1.3M. * I started the launch of lab consolidation which led to a reduction of operating expenses of over $4.8M since October 2012.
