Supported the development, preparation, and coordination of effort for an alternate site for the 787 Change Incorporation and Refurb program. Developed and coordinated the certification and training for 787 Change Incorp & Refurb Technicians. Completed Boeing Lean Production System Academy. Focal for obtaining and acquiring Capital Equipment & Tooling for 787 Change Incorporation & Refurb program (millions of $$). Support the Airplane Storage activity for 787 program. Refurb M.E. Focal for the 787 program. Lead/Facilitate four (4) Shingijutsu Workshops for Change Incorporation/Refurb. Instructor/Role Player for 787 Lean Academy. Field M.E. Representative for the Red Label and Flight Test Activity for the 787 program. Process Documentation and Production Systems Focal for 787 Field M.E. 787 Representative on the Engineering People Involvement (EPI) Council for BCA. Field Representative on the FA&D People Council. FA&D Representative on the 787 Peer Council. Risk Project Manager and Production Systems Focal for 787 Field Manufacturing Engineering group. Manufacturing Integration Team Process Leader for Manufacturing Engineering. Hardware Manager for the Twin Aisle Programs (TAP) for Code 1 and Code 2 Customer Introductions from Acquire through Delivery. Performed Root Cause Analysis and incorporated process changes/improvements to eliminate recurrences. Manufacturing Engineering Subject Matter Expert (SME) for DCAC/MRM Knowledge Transfer and Implementation for the 747/767/777 program.
