Daily Duties at Manpower Group:
* Supported all IBM hardware for WalMart s 9,198 plus stores globally. * Monitored, maintained and troubleshot hardware and software issues on IBM Blade Servers and backup/storage systems. * Worked closely with WalMart store management, IBM technicians, and IBM 2nd and 3rd level support groups to quickly prevent or resolve issues. * Handled tickets involving hardware overtemps, software updates, running backups, repartitioning hard drives, getting hard down servers back on line, troubleshooting network communication issues, and other problems. * Directly supported end users at the corporate and store level numbering in the thousands. Interacted with project teams to schedule, install, and bring into operation new equipment.
