Lead company-wide workflow project, including design, coding, testing, and implementation of product changes of varying complexity. Work with managers, specialists, various internal resources and vendors during requirements analysis, design, coding, and testing to assure ultimate solutions meet or exceed designated business requirements and expected results. Oversee implementation of product changes and approval ensuring delivered work products meet requirements and desired quality. Negotiate vendor contracts to control costs and assure quality. Manage vendor relationships and assess vendor performance quality including resolving client/vendor issues. • Successfully led progressively larger projects implemented on time and in scope. • Mentored IIA Introduction to Insurance class, resulting in a 90% pass rate. • Created and implemented improved workflow procedures across the enterprise. • Served as technical lead for a $50M business process management project including development team project deliverables and on-time delivery. • Led team of 10 staff in developing company-wide best practices around quality assurance in all software development life cycle phases which prepared and distributed enterprise quality assurance playbook. • Directed team of 20 people to design enterprise-wide best practices around iterative development practices and testing automation including performance testing.
