Daily Duties at Capital Computer:
Converting SQL Forms screen application software into MicroFocus COBOL CICS screen application software. Maintenance was performed on the same Mainframe COBOL business application programs. IBM VSAM files and CICS. Manage development tasks using MicroFocus Net Express 6.0, MicroFocus COBOL, MicroFocus EAA, CICS, Oracle, PL/SQL, Linux, Mainframe Cobol, SQL Forms, TSO/ISPF, Panvalet, Golden, Tortoise SVN, and Textpad Editor. Using Technical Design documentation detailing specifications for creating, enhancing, maintaining, testing of application processing software, and defect management/testing. Performance tuning of DB2 SQL database access. Development of tasks using full software development life cycle methodology.
