Daily Duties at Immedion:
Oversee daily operations and maintenance of five locations interior, exterior and alteration of facilities including supervising 12 people. Establish and follow maintenance budget. Responsible for maintaining company data centers. Coordinates the design, construction and maintenance, and replace systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, Switch Gears, UPS systems, Diesel generators, AC/DC Power distribution and Building Control Systems, Coordinate various facility services and negotiate contracts with outside companies. Analyze and ensure facilities meet optimal performance and maintain highest level of uptime. Respond to and resolve service requests and changes. Plan and execute preventative maintenance plans. Coordinate and manage construction projects. Keep detailed records of contracts, changes, and service history, Review contracts for performance quality. Arrange events to impact equipment operations availability (routine maintenance, emergency repairs and unscheduled outages). Initiate, evaluate, and monitor energy utilization.
